Salud Digna (national low-cost diagnostics network)
Nonprofit organization founded in 2003 in Culiacán, Sinaloa, by Jesús Vizcarra Calderón. It offers clinical laboratory services, imaging (X-rays, ultrasound, mammography) and eyeglasses at prices up to 70% lower than the private sector, with a high-volume hybrid model and entrepreneurial mindset that made it financially self-sufficient since 2007.
