01 The context

In the 2025 round, 8.816 residents aged 12 and up voted among the proposed plans and 21 plans are being implemented (half 'activities', half 'physical'). It relies on digital participation tools (OpenStad lineage, Amsterdam's open source platform). It is one of several 'Begroot' schemes in the city.
