Janaagraha runs I Change My City, a civic web and mobile platform launched in 2012 that connects citizens with municipal agencies to report and resolve infrastructure complaints, and its flagship participatory budgeting campaign My City My Budget.

01 The context

In Bengaluru, with the BBMP, the campaign collected 16,261 proposals from the 243 wards in 31 days (2021-22 cycle), several of them incorporated into the municipal budget.
