AQUACOL - associative community management of water and sanitation

Second-tier association that brings together community-based organizations providing water and sanitation services in rural and peri-urban areas of Valle del Cauca and Cauca.

01 The context

It emerged from the associative strengthening process among community aqueducts supported by the CINARA Institute (AGUA 1998 event) and obtained legal status in 2001; the Mondomo aqueduct was a founding node and operates as a Community Water Learning Center.
