40-hectare ranch-school in the Jalpa Valley near San Miguel de Allende that trains farmers, families and activists in regenerative organic agriculture, eco-techniques, soil restoration and native seed conservation. Vía Orgánica connects local producers with consumers through a store, cafe and market, and operates as a node of the global regenerative agriculture network.
