01 The context
It is organized in information, selection and evaluation assemblies, with citizen voting, administered by the IECM together with the boroughs and the Community Participation Commissions. In 2024, ~1,407 evaluation assemblies were held, covering more than 1,785 territorial units and 50 pueblos. In 2025 the cycle remained active (registration Feb-May, voting 17 Aug, assemblies Sep-Dec).
