01 The context

It tracks the performance of MPs, committees and parties, publishes the Hansard, and runs citizen participation platforms for legislation. Its Dokeza platform (launched with Parliament in 2017) allows commenting on and annotating bills; other tools include BungeMeter, Bonga na Mzalendo, Promise Tracker and county assembly resources. It operates within Kenya's Open Government Partnership space.
