Uwajibikaji Pamoja

Integrated complaints referral mechanism (Accountability Together) operated by Transparency International Kenya with more than 45 state and non-state service providers.

01 The context

It offers a single entry point to submit complaints or feedback about aid and public services through three channels: a toll-free SMS line (shortcode 22130), a web portal or paper forms. Piloted in 2014 in Turkana, West Pokot and Wajir (and Marsabit since 2017). It has accumulated more than 7,500 reports (7,518 at the time of verification).
