National school improvement program in which teacher teams adopt a culture of continuous improvement (a little better together every day) inspired by lean/kaizen: weekly board sessions, joint lesson design, peer observation and student voice.

Founded in 2012 by Jaap Versfelt, former senior partner at McKinsey Amsterdam. More than 1,600 primary, secondary and MBO schools have participated, reaching more than 500,000 students. Evaluated for 4 years (2017-2021) by Oberon and Utrecht University commissioned by the NRO.
