kubo.financiero (regulated P2P crowdlending)

01 The context

It offers loans, savings, investment and a debit card. In February 2026 its merger/acquisition by Crédito Maestro was announced for ~610 million pesos (~US$35.6M), still subject to CNBV approval, after months of financial pressure (negative profitability and high delinquency).
