Description

Mexican fintech founded in 2012 by Vicente Fenoll, the first 100% digital SOFIPO regulated by the CNBV operating crowdlending / peer-to-peer (P2P) lending: it connects people who need financing with investors, without traditional banking intermediation. It offers loans, savings, investment and a debit card. In February 2026 its merger/acquisition by Crédito Maestro was announced for ~610 million pesos (~US$35.6M), still subject to CNBV approval, after months of financial pressure (negative profitability and high delinquency).
