It operates Mexico's largest network of diabetes clinics: a one-stop-shop model with medical, psychological, nutrition and laboratory care under a flat-fee membership (~USD 250-300/year), evidence-based care algorithms and data-driven predictive models. It cuts the cost of specialized care by more than 60% compared with the public system; it has served more than 220,000 patients, up to 95% of them low- and middle-income, with more than 50 clinics in some 19 cities and expansion to Texas.
