LISTA: digital financial education on tablets (Fundación Capital) in ColombiaTablet-based financial education application designed by Fundación Capital for recipients of conditional cash transfers (mostly low-income women). In Mexico, Fundación Capital implemented LISTA / LISTA+ with Prospera beneficiaries: a pilot started in January 2017 (Huamantla, Tulancingo, Querétaro, Puebla) with ~1,480 users, and LISTA+ later scaled to more than 75,000 households with USAID funding.
