In water and sanitation it applies new sanitation: separation of grey and black water, with a pilot together with Waternet to process blackwater in a floating digester that converts it into energy and to recover phosphate. The plant was built but Waternet has not yet put it into operation for legal reasons. The community self-organizes through a homeowners' association and the Pioneer Vessel foundation.● Active· scale local
