Description

Citizen reporting (crowdsourcing) platform operated by the MOE that allows reporting electoral irregularities via pilasconelvoto.com and WhatsApp; reports are escalated to the authorities. In operation since 2011, it is activated in every electoral cycle. In the 2026 presidential elections the MOE used it with more than 2,600 observers (2,532 in the first round, 2,638 in the runoff).
