3de3 citizen initiativeAnti-corruption initiative from civil society, driven by Transparencia Mexicana and IMCO since 2014 after scandals such as the 'Casa Blanca'. It promotes that public servants, legislators and candidates make three declarations public: assets, interests and taxes, via 3de3.mx. In the 2015-2016 cycle, 366 candidates participated (69 winners). The Ley 3de3 collected 634,143 signatures (well above the ~120,000 required) and led to the anti-corruption legislative package approved on June 17, 2016, the basis of the Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción; the declarations went from voluntary to mandatory (in force since April 30, 2019).● Scaled· scale systemic
